School labs with artists are one of the most original characteristics of the Media Art Festival (May 17-19, 2018) format-event.
Today, at 2:30 pm, the Liceo Classico Virgilio, directed by Carla Alfano, will meet for the second time with Artist Leonardo Petrucci. The project is coordinated by Professor Marina Ciai. The work being developed by the students and artists, will be optimised for viewing with Moverio smart glasses.
The lab, in fact, is also part of Project Projecting the Future, developed with Epson. Besides artistic production for the Media Art Festival, the project also includes a permanent corner at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym, equipped with Epson technology, and organizes labs on arts and technology in schools.
PROJECTING THE FUTURE
“Projecting the Future” marks the beginning of a new collaboration between Epson and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. The six-month project (Dec. 2017 – May 2018) aims to promote the communicative value of art and the creative and interpretative potential of new technology.
Project Activities
