Alessandro Rosa was born in Rome on June 9, 1982.
He attended Belle Arti Academy and, from 2004, works with theatre collective Santasangre, as video designer. His work, mainly video installations, stars and develops from a theoretical reflection that has foundations in philosophy of language, aesthetics and psychology, focus on the perception problem from an interpretative point of view.
From 2007 until 2016 he participated in several collective expositions, in Italy and abroad, including Les intermittences du Coeur, by Manuela Pacella among Ex elettrofonica of Rome; Icon, by Davide Walter Pairone, among Quattrocentometriquadri Gallery of Ancona and Patria interiore, by Manuela Pacella, at Golden Thread Gallery of Belfast.
He also take part at the 54° Biennale of Venice in the context of the exhibition illumination, Arsenale – Tese di San Cristoforo; My Generation, by Manuela Pacella among Pietro Canonica Museum of Roma and Six steps to obviousness.
