Tian Xiaolei was born in 1982 in Beijin, where he lives and works.

He graduated in Digital Media at the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in Beijin in 2007.

He participated in many exhibitions in China and abroad: “National Art Museum of China” Beijin; “Today Art Museum” Beijin; “Input/output Gallery” Hong kong; SZ Art Center” St. Pietroburgo; “Meulensteen Gallery” New York; MLAC-Museo Laboratorio d’Arte Contemporanea” Rome; National Taiwan Museum of fine arts” Taiwan.

His work explores the uncertainty of this era of rapid interactions and the relationship between science, life and technology, thinking also about the future and reflecting on the evolution of this new species.
